I am particular good at feature engineering, to squeeze extra out of the data.* Bayesian Models: I prefer the Bayesian Framework (Especially on smaller dataset), because of it's emphasis of uncertainty.* Proteomics and Peptidomics: I have extensive experience with MS based peptide analysis.* Pythonista: I am a very strong python programmer, who strive to produce robust OOP code with tests.* Nerd: I use Linux as my main OS, zsh as my default shell, have my dotfiles on github, use neovim and tmux as my IDE, and write most of my presentations in latex. I have been improving my statistics skills in my pastime over the last 3 years, and am now on my 5th book/study group via University of Bayes (Discord server for nerds) where we are currently reading Jaynes The logic of Science.
