Summary of ExperienceWork Responsibilities •Oversee and manage SP3D operations, Fluor reference systems, and SmartPlantTM systems to establish and reinforce “best of class” execution practices and procedures •Analyzing existing work processes (especially cross-discipline work processes) and suggesting automation solutions that enable project team members to become more productive •Provide overall SP3D direction and coordination. Working with Design Leads, Designers, Project Management, Project Application Specialist / DAS’s, Project Automation, and IT•First point of contact for all SP3D issues and concerns. Maintain regular contact with all application users on the project both in the host office and site locations, working with the Project Application Specialist / Discipline Associate Specialist.•Perform SP3D Project setup activities that include creation of SP3D hierarchies, assigning access permissions within the SP3D environment, bulkload of initial catalog data, setup of SP3D daily backup process, configuration of SP3D interference detection process, setup of SP3D utilities and initiation of SP3D Project Kickoff Meeting.•Create additional project specific surface style rules.•Manage and load all SP3D catalog revisions •Perform Synchronize Model with Catalog command•Monitor SP3D Workshare Replication, Backup and Interference process (Daily) •Create SmartPlant Review sessions per project requirements•Update designers on latest procedures and practices related to SP3D through project bulletins, meeting, etc.•Transfer of Drawings between Host and Site •Perform SP3D Project Audits.•SP3D Orthographic &Isometric Trouble Shooting•SP3D Application support to designers working on project•Perform cross platform referencing between other CAD software in SP3D

Responsibilities also includes the overall management of training (internal or external) like preparing training schedule, budget and coordination with the facilitators and participants on the overall training needs. Ensures that training standards are met in the implementation of training programs and plans.
