Director, Learning - Instructional Design And Learning System Management
CurrentAs a member of the HR leadership team, responsibilities include ensuring that the enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) is maintained, optimized and well-aligned to the organization's learning/development & performance management vision. Serving as the key liaison between the organization and Cornerstone on Demand; providing a strategic educational technology platform to enhance learning objectives across the medical center and its affiliates. Also responsible for providing consultation to education partners regarding LMS capability and measuring overall system performance. Additional responsibilities include the organization's e-learning function, including the oversight of the design, development, implementation and evaluation of organizational wide training and coaching and developing the learning management systems analysts’ team as well as the instructional design/elearning team.
