-Understand Business Processes and policies and coordinate with business units on global deployment of talent, briefing them about the best fit assignment plan (based on cost estimate, travel pattern and various aspects of their expatriate benefits).-Ensuring that assignee's understand the assignment types, global mobility policy and procedures.-Engages with business on Talent strategies to fulfill their Global Mobility requirements.-Maintains best in class NPS with an average of 90%.-Having mobility conversation with assignees, like briefing assignees on assignment terms & assignment letter.-Authorizing the vendor services for Immigration, Tax, medical and home search in host country, and coordinating with vendors to meet the assignees requirements.-Updating the AssignmentPro records and internal systems to ensure data is up to date.-Generating the assignment letters/Extension letters/Addendum Letters and briefing the assignee on allowances as per the letter at each assignment phase.-Performing internal validation before changing the assignment phase to current, to ensure assignee and IBM is compliant with immigration and tax.-Working with extended support teams such as Compensation, Vendor, Expense, IA Tax and enablement team to ensure on time support and better customer experience.-Supporting key projects globally by conducting weekly calls to discuss the latest updates on assignment and address the concerns/queries raised by project.-Coordinate with pay advise team on EOA reconciliation and share it with assignee for acceptance.-Calculate, authorize and send payment request notification to Payroll Create and maintain process documentation such as process flowchart, RCM, desk procedures, SOD matrix, country-specific briefing guides.-Record, store, and maintain, update assignment information and documents, including policy exceptions granted, in the Assignment tracking systems or other TD&M approved storage devices.-Provide reports from assignment tracking systems based on HR requirements, whether regular or ad hoc reporting.-Authorize & track assignee advances (e.g. Security deposits & school deposits) and recover such advances at the end of assignment-Manage assignee exception requests as per the Policy exception process, if exception are HR approved, gain Funding Manager's approval.-Institutionalize and strengthen mobility process & delivery team structure for improved client experience, quality & controls and reduced cost.
