I was part of the Google Search team focused on empowering new internet users in (rural) India with a new, tailored search experience. Vision: Make new internet users’ lives better by offering them a visual, immersive, and helpful way to find and engage with information- Created the onboarding journey for a not yet launched visual search app focused on new internet users- Conducted multiple remote user studies with users in India and developed multiple prototype iterations- Pushed one prototype into an A/B live experiment to quantitatively validate the designs- Developed guidelines on how the new user onboarding experience should be addressed in emerging marketsReceived a full-time offer for the APM program but decided to start my own company instead.

I returned to Luminovo after they executed the pivot to a product-focused company building a vertically integrated procurement platform for the electronics industry. - Lead the product development for a new product module focusing on automating the manufacturing calculation for electronic manufacturing services from zero to a validated prototype.- Built strong relationships with 3 co-development companies and supported the sales team in acquiring 2 additional early adopter customers.

StashAway is a wealth management platform that delivers personalized portfolio management to both retail and accredited investors.- Lead a team of 1 designer & 3 engineers to develop new product category “financial planning” to strategically reposition StashAway beyond roboadvisory as the holistic hub for your finances - Conducted 40+ user interviews and 30+ user testing sessions to finalize scope and app design - Pioneered silent meetings with structured briefs, which dramatically improved meeting productivity and has now become the gold standard at StashAway
