From 9/2017 till 3/2019 i was template designer in the Securex document migration project, using the Scriptura Engage Software of Inventive Designers. For several Business Units at Securex, i was part of the project team to improve and standardize customer communications (ex. email, word, pdf).From 4/2019 till 10/2019 at UnifiedPost, as change request manager being responsible for changes and small projects on the UP delivery 2.0 platform. Mainly for 'Interim Sign - other documents' projects, sender /receiver archiving solution 3.0. Actively involved for each project in analysis, configuration and testing.

Main domain: electronic document exchange between my customers systems, software and data formats and its trading partners, within the agriculture sector. Regions Belgium, the Netherlands, England and France.- Presales project definition - Project initiation- Project follow-up/planning. Internal resource management, Reporting- Functional/technical requirements analyses (for multiple message types and formats, connections)- Configuration (process flows/connections/data and code conversions)- Helping the customer during testing- Delivery of project in test and production, support after go-live- Customer and F4F support project documentation

I joined the Barry Callebaut SAP - EDI team as a consultant in order to expand the electronic exchange of messages between Barry Callebaut and its customers/suppliers. Major projects : e-invoicing towards Unilever/Kraft.

Joined the consultants’ team, participating in the realization of customer document delivery projects, based on the Certipost standard (Document Delivery) or non standard (Supplier Portals) solutions. Facilitating the implementation of the solutions for the customer or business partner and participating to the continuous development and integration of the proposed solutions.

I joined the Project Office team to manage multiple customer implementation projects for companies, government and residential customers. As Project Manager, I was responsible for deliverables compliant to the customer requirements of a total project or sub-project within agreed time and budget. Carrying out all stages of the implementation project. I focussed on the standard implementation of secured electronic document exchange projects, such as e-supply and e-invoicing flows, and more complex projects like Supplier Portals (enabling interactive document exchange between a large sender and its suppliers). The Certipost setup budget of these kinds of projects was between 5k and 100k, volumes and transaction costs/revenues not included.

I started as a software developer within a project team, programming in Cobol, on an IBM AS/400 model B35/B45 and 500. Functional domains included: ‘Group Life insurances – policy/billing/claims/re-and co insurance management, statistics’ – ‘Life insurances - Claims and re-insurance management’ and ‘Non-life insurance – Claims/re- and co-insurance’.After 4 years, I started as analyst, being responsible for defining functional specifications together with the project team and the customer. Involvement during presales phase and defining the project requirements in an early phase of the project gave me the opportunity to work even closer with the customer. During handover of the solution to the customer, train and assist the end users. Administrative and technical customer care follow-up during the product life cycle were also part of my job.
