My global team is able to execute service worldwide in service centers and workshops in close alignment with the factories and competence centers.At Siemens I was responsible, as Director of Marketing, for the global and regional strategy; and drove the R&D process as part of the strategic plan which included investments and product development budget. The role included sales, promotion and project management of new Siemens gas turbine and compressor, based on business plans, introduction strategies, R&D plans, value propositions and market price analyses based on won or lost projects. I met a multitude of clients, contractors and suppliers; held presentations, drafted articles and presented at conferences.I have held several leadership positions having managed teams of different sizes. I am well versed in sales, marketing, product- and project management and service with experience in the marine, chemical, oil & gas and industrial power generation markets. I have worked on complex multi million euro projects involving aero-derivative and industrial gas turbines, frequency drives, motors, generators, centrifugal compressors, pumps, gear units, hydrodynamic fluid couplings and heat exchangers.
