As the Managing Director and CEO of HICT, I lead a fully independent consulting company that offers specific solutions and services to the integrated and extended healthcare market. With over 19 years of experience in this role, I have developed a strong expertise in healthcare consulting and a passion for optimising the level of service and quality in favour of the patient.I oversee the international operations and the multidisciplinary team of HICT, which has offices in Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and an international partner network. I have delivered projects in various areas, such as hospital strategy and reorganisation, digital transformation, market access and reimbursement, health economics and technology assessment, value added services, value based healthcare, and more. I have successfully completed projects in Belgium, most European countries, Middle & Far East, Africa, and North America. My goal is to drive innovation and integration of healthcare resources and stakeholders, and to create evidence-based solutions for decision making in the healthcare sector.Since 2 years we have welcomed Kerteza to our company family. Developing a future proof strategy and team within Kerteza with focus on laboratory, quality in care, interim management, HR in Healthcare and clinical performance, we are ambitious to become more relevant with impact for the healthcare sector.
