Responsibilities:- Resolve API errors on automated orders and communicate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve errors and orderplacement or adjustments.- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders the reason for any delays and set expectations for resolution.- Follow processes to manually provision orders for a sub-set of products.- Study Pax8.

• Point of contact for all provisioning related inquiries from various Business Partners(Sales, Support, customer)
• Ensure provisioning of all customer accounts occurs in accordance as per companypolicy and within SLA guidelines
• Diagnose provisioning issues and escalate to Customer Support or Engineering asneeded and driving issue to resolution
• Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of Provisioning and becoming trustedpartner to Business partners
• Excellent customer service provided to both internal and external customers via email,phone, and other means of communication
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple tasks and execute based on urgency and priorityseamlessly

To be the focal point of all communications with the customer during the project delivery schedule.Responsible in providing customer updates.Monitor provisioning order progress and coordinate with departments involved as needed.Ensures service delivery is within lead time.Ensure service is fully operational and meets service quality standards.

Coordinate with the customer, technician and engineer for the status/needs of the project.Inform customer of scheduled installation and delivery of the service.Coordinate and book an appointment with field technicians.Provide basic testing to prove that the service is delivered and working.Check and make sure that all required documents are provided upon.

• Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews
• Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building
• Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Effectively gathers and analyzes information and confirms understanding to successfully diagnose the customers’ concern.
