- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, answering support queries via phone and onsite support- Creation on workstation/laptop image builds, testing, deployment, patches and maintenance- Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting in Desktop and Laptop- Knowledge in Windows Operating Systems (Windows Server, 7, 8 and 10)- Installation and support Microsoft Office, Antivirus, encryption, printers, VPN, etc.- Management and resolution of tickets using Remedy and Tracking total ticket for the month - Perform basic troubleshooting of phone issues and assist telephony team as needed- Has knowledge of network, server and voice infrastructure for troubleshooting and problem resolution- Configuring Wi-Fi Router for Production and Client- Installation of PGP encryption software on laptop users- Work with any other team within IT to escalate resolution to IT issues/tickets impacting our site- Strong communications with on-site staff in support of their IT needs- Knowledge in Local/Computer Policy for blocking- Keeping track inventory of peripherals in all workstation - Working as part of a team
