RESPONSIBILITIES: • Advising and agreeing to project and event objectives.• Representing companies interests.• Managing of logistics for infrastructure transported to events.• Recruiting specialist staff required at events.• Identifying and recruiting local staff at events.• Organising staff to make sure quality standards and deadlines are met.• Carrying out risk assessments.• Negotiate and agreeing to sponsorship deals ( MTN, Northern Cape Government, Nissan SA, Dust A Side )• Assist in obtaining annual return on investment for associated sponsors.• Assisting with the costing and billing of events.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing a team of racking / stacking / patching engineers• Liaising with the client on all current and future projects• Responsible for all connectivity planning for patching engineers• Allocating space for racking and stacking on all devices within Data-Centre• Doing budgetary costs for infrastructure and moves and changes • Responsible for quality control in data-centre’s day to day work and infrastructure• Auditing of equipment and connections• Project Manage all continual data-centre upgrades (Upgrades / new requirements to existing infrastructure cabling etc.)• Communicating with Regional manager to give regular updates on action plans and new ideas.• To adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.• Managing Fault queue and team to ensure all faults are resolved within agreed SLA time frame.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Working in a highly sensitive environment• Responsible for leading key project: Migration of old to new Database (high profile project)• Planning of network connectivity• Planning all voice infrastructure (ISDN/ADSL/PABX)• Auditing of equipment and connections• Responsible for quality control in data-centres day to day work and infrastructure • Refurbishing of old comms rooms (Infrastructure and equipment)

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Surveying of all MAC equipment (Trader PC’s and peripherals) • Data entry for moves and changes on AutoCAD (before and after) • Planning for equipment changes• Disconnecting and reconnecting (De-com and Re-com) of all equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Installation of copper and fibre data infrastructure cabling• Installation of all equipment (racking and stacking) and patching of equipment• Connectivity of equipment - patching of servers/routers/switches and patch panels within comms rooms and data centres• Testing and fixing faults on installations
