Created both professional and creative workshops for individuals in the Cal Poly Scholars Program. Led a handful of workshops for dozens of students. Workshops included resume and interview assistance, karaoke night, and hikes around the San Luis Obispo area. Met weekly with my team in order to keep track of progress and plan out the quarter.

Communicate and work with a professor and upper level student in order to find out why glugging and jetting occurs when emptying different water bottles of different sizes. Handle different manufacturing processes in order to construct bottles, some of which include laser cutting, lathes, and sanding. Record experiments and tests using high speed cameras in order to observe the physical effect of glugging within the system.

Part of the Mechanical Sub Team in hopes of creating an electric car that is capable of going over 1,200 miles on a singular charge. Designed parts on Solidworks and Siemens NX and manufactured them using various methods such as waterjets, mills, and lathes. Performed various tests such as drop tests and Finite Element Analysis (FEA.) Worked on front crash system and collaborated with other students.

Led 2 buildings towards receiving Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification. Assessed electrical and HVAC equipment on both the BMS and through engineering building walkthroughs. Consulted with other groups and service providers to respond to the 20+ LEED Categories. Gained experience with managing a real estate portolio through inter-department communication.

Used Visio in order to create drawings for different HVAC schematic and controllers. Collaborated with team in order to create the most efficient and money effective system possible. Visited different Biotechnology projects on site in order to get a scope on progress. Used Smartsheet in order to capitalize on productivity and create the most efficient progress tracker possible. Used Microsoft Excel in order to automate different tasks and increase efficiency. Created user friendly graphics for our customers in order to help them understand what is going on with their HVAC system.

Collected water from an atmospheric water generator that gathered water from the humidity in the air. Collaborated with research assistants in order to reset the generator between each trial. Evaluated the data that was collected from the results.

Taught new trainees safety around the kitchen. Explained different rules and standards to staff. Led crew when manager was not present. Kept the kitchen clean and organized. Provided a safe atmosphere for different staff members.
