With over 12 years of software development experience, I am a senior developer who has worked on a variety of entertainment-focused projects. I started my career in a game development company and I am currently part of the BOLD MSS team, where our core solutions provide users with access to movies, series and TV channels, both through Set Top Box and on mobile apps, AndroidTV and Web.My main focus lies in the development of functionalities and the resolution of problems, always keeping in mind the needs and requirements of the client. My goal is to offer solutions that not only meet current demands, but are also sustainable in the long term. In the implementation of functionalities requested by the client, I prioritize constant communication, providing relevant consultations, progress reports and exhaustive documentation of the operation of the functionality. If a customer reports a problem, communication plays a key role; in addition, I work closely with our team to provide the best possible support, including data collection and communication with third-party system support teams, if necessary. In the same way, I address detected internal problems and performance improvements with the aim of optimizing the system.I firmly believe that teamwork is essential for success.
