Responsible for understanding economic, demographic, and supply & demand trends in U.S. Insurance and InsurTech landscape.Studying similar organizations, competitors and also the Information Technology maturity in the industry across companies by assessing the breadth of Digital Transformation & focus in Customer Experience (CX).
