Among its commercial activities, was also the charter for companies and private teams.In almost 10 years, I went from deckhand to first mate to take on captain duties as a relief captain when needed.In addition to my previous duties on previous experiences, I took on some extra responsibilities:- Led a team of 20 sailors, using organization, planning, personal analysis, training, coaching, and a bit of motivational pep-talk to boost our race performance.- Yacht repairing, maintenance, and optimization for cruising and racing up to the highest industry standards.- Guarantee customer satisfaction through their involvement in events. This implied impeccable communication, breaking down sailing jargon for the uninitiated and helping them learn by making mistakes (the fun way).- As a captain (director) executive assistant, I improved my critical eye to analyze errors and propose improvements to optimize processes in competition.
