• Develop and executes marketing plans to ensures the profit growth of the bank• Monitors the branch balance sheet daily and reports to the Business Development Manager• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy for the branch in line with the bank’s policy• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote the banks product and services• Coordinates and makes sure the monthly performance report (MPR) is accurate and delivered on time• Analyze/review customers’ credit and financial requests, making recommendations to management while ensuring customer satisfaction• Monitors the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) daily.

• Being the first point of reference for customers in dealing with a range of general banking and account enquiries as well as product / services enquiries.• Managing an identified portfolio of clients.• Identifying suitable bank products/services and promoting these to meet the customer’s needs.• Dealing with customer queries face to face and over the telephone and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.• Ensuring all appropriate policies and legal requirements are adhered to by operating within a framework of compliance, whilst adding value to customers and minimizing risk to the business.• Consistently providing a professional service that exceeds customer expectations.• Personal banking services establishments/high net worth individuals• Sourcing and managing of low cost and stable funds• Making Presentations/Public Enlightenment of the bank’s products• Relationship Management of Retail accounts of the Branch and responsible for developing and growing the client base in the business segment.
