About Jane Altobelli

Jane is proprietor of Altobelli Coaching and Consulting, a virtual coaching service focused on executive, career, and life transition coaching across a diverse client portfolio. Her clients range from C Level executives to small business entrepreneurs to empty nester moms to graduating MBAs. Jane has held executive human resources positions in Fortune 100 companies and mid market private equity firms. Most recently, Jane was EVP/Chief People Officer at IRI, a data analytics firm. She has worked in industries including marketing research, consumer product goods, printing/publishing, and management consulting. Jane has created global human resources strategies and programs across Europe, Asia, and South America including; Executive development and coaching, talent and performance management, organizational change efforts, staffing, compensation and benefits, and acquisition due diligence and integration.
