    As the IFAM Governance and Ministerial Group Lead, I worked closely with the IFAM Program Director as the central point of contact between the International Freight Co-ordinator General, the Australian Government Freight Controller and the Austrade Executive and the Trade and Tourism Minister’s Office. IFAM was a $1.06bn fixed term Australian Government COVID-19 relief and recovery program supporting farmers, fishers & primary producers’ export businesses in the pandemic.Responsibilities: -Managed a program team to ensure valued and quality services and participation in IFAM leadership and decision making- Led responses to requests from the Minister’s office, other government partner agencies (state and federal) and industry stakeholders including exporters and the freight and logistics sector including delivery of weekly data and market intelligence briefing report, Senate Estimates briefings, Ministerial submissions and Cabinet submissions and ad hoc Ministerial and agency correspondence- Delivered secretariat functions for IFAM governance boards - Managed monthly strategic project and risk management processes and reporting to Austrade executive - Coordinated consultancies and program evaluation- Responded to exporter and other stakeholder enquiries including close liaison with all of the IFAM team

Collaborated with Wardliparingga SAHMRI to co-host Aboriginal Leaders’ Forum. Grew the SA Data and Analysis Information Network on data analytics and digital health initiatives.
