I teach many different forms of exercise for example - Pilates, boot camp, general exercise, sport enhancement, injury recovery, weight loss, weight gain & posture improvement. I have 21 years of experience so therefore taught nearly every kind of exercise you can imagine! I have also taught people with disabilities with great deal of success.
