Provision of primary care maternity services. 1st Assist for Caesarean section.

Provision of antenatal care for pregnant people who have been unable to secure care from a doctor or midwife in the community. The patient population is defined by people with barriers to access care, such as new immigrants, refugees, people with socioeconomic challenges, and Indigenous folks. Within this service, I:· Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including referrals and liaison for complex care needs.· Orient new midwife or GP providers to the clinic· Organize provider team meetings for quality and continuity assurance· Assist and support administrative and nursing colleagues in organizational and patient care concerns· Provide clinician feedback to organizational and administrative committees to improve patient care and integration in hospital setting
