I am responsible for the villa program in Costa Blanca, Costa Calida, Almeria, Madeira and Egypt. This involves acquisition of new villas; sourcing, viewing, negotiating prices, and putting them on sale (web and brochure). I also manage existing villa product within these destinations; ensuring quality standards, negotiating discounts, and upholding good relationships with suppliers.

This graduate position initially involved supporting the Marketing Director on all aspects of marketing. The role then progressed to independently coordinating marketing activity both to direct clients and travel agents. The former involved manipulating the company database to target different markets segments, controlling budget, and finding innovative methods of promotion (e.g. email/web marketing, tactical special offers, etc.). On the travel agent side, I attending conferences, hosting training sessions, coordinated the supply of brochures, and maintained relationships with all agencies on a daily basis.

Full time university placement, working as part of an event management team. Initially, duties involved general administration work, but as the year progressed, responsibilities increased to working with clients to put together events across the UK, and hosting onsite.
