I have been honored to work within the Military Defense Industry since 2005. As an Arizona State University Graduate at the Global Business School of Management I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Management and Leadership. Beginning my career as a customer service representative for Diamondback Tactical, I was able to learn the necessary equipment needs for US Soldiers and Law Enforcement. Since the founding of TYR Tactical® in 2010, my husband and I have impacted the Military Defense Industry worldwide as innovators by providing technology advanced body armor and accessories.As the Chief Contracting Officer, I hold the distinct responsibility for the management and oversight of all TYR Tactical® contract portfolios both domestically and internationally. Within this role, I have been involved extensively in the collaboration with agencies and industry partners to ensure cutting-edge technologies are integrated into all of TYR Tactical’s products. Along with my husband, I have led multidisciplinary teams to address the anatomical differences and ergonomic considerations that are unique to the female user. As CCO, I continue to develop new partnerships and strategies, contribute to strategic discussions, and oversee proposal writing, product creation, solicitation compliance and industry requirements. Continuing to lead strategic initiatives aimed at advancing protective solutions for users while remaining committed to driving innovation in the field of body armor. Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am the proud mother of 6 boys with a strong commitment to my family.
