In this position, I assisted the Sheriff, Chief Deputy, command staff, and officers whenever they had community-related interaction with the public.My duties in this position included:Writing and publishing a quarterly newsletter.Writing articles for newspapers and magazines.Writing brochures, pamphlets, crime alerts, speeches, manuals, and all non crime related press releases.Organizing the participation of ten police departments with the Sheriff's Office for Beyond the Badge, a live call-in television show. I also hosted the show.
