Jane is a former news correspondent for the Voice of America, where she covered the Economics beat, the White House, the Pentagon, the Justice Department and Supreme Court. In the mid-80's, she was bureau chief and correspondent in London and traveled widely in Europe. She was a member of the traveling press corps for trips with Presidents, Secretaries of State, and Defense Secretaries across the United States and to many spots around the globe. Previously, Jane was a freelance journalist in South America (living in Peru and Argentina) for four years, an editorial assistant at Simon & Schuster in New York City, and a Peace Corps volunteer in South Korea.
