Responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of effective training solutions within the Retail Operations function. I am responsible for the writing of creative training material, delivering a wide range of group and individual training solutions to enhance competence and sales performance. I manage and own stakeholder relationships to ensure targets and performance ability is maintained. I manage new staff through a four week induction period and help to develop further skills and competencies throughout their time at Allianz.
