Working with organizations to build and execute training programs in digital organizing skills and strategies, facilitate strategy and planning processes grounded in living out organizational values, provide one-on-one coaching to support leaders in achieving their goals, and craft effective digital organizing strategies with a race, class, gender, and power analysis.

Our primary goals were to increase voter turnout, which we did by 133%, and to build the capacity of community members to run campaigns in the future, which I did by investing in a team of 4 volunteers to co-develop strategy and implement our communications program.
