After company reconstruction and the dissolve of the District Manager group company wide, I was returned to my duties as Manager for 2 locations in the Atlanta area. Responsibilities include all Store Operations, Recruiting of Custom Workrooms and their certification, Recruiting/ Hiring/Training all staff personnel from Sales experts to Labor Coordinators, Sales expansion responsibilities, Merchandising and Profit Management and all Management duties including Customer Service excellence and conflict resolution.

Member of the Store Ops team, responsible for overseeing 11 stores with a combined volume of over 20 Million. Set store objectives with Store Managers in order to grow stores sales and earnings through support, development and effective leadership. Especially proud of the ability to recruit, hire, train and maintain a fine group of Managers and associates that share a strong sense of loyalty and obtain the heart and drive necessary to demonstrate high levels of success.

Worked as Store Manager for Specialty Retailer in Custom Design Home Furnishings in the Buckhead and East Cobb locations for 8 years before being promoted to District Manager for the Southeast region.

Store Manager/Training Manager in Atlanta area for high volume store before taking a District position based in Kenner, LA for 3 years. Promoted to Regional trainer for company and remained in this position until my departure.
