I have worked within the MSK Service for the past 17 years, responsible for implementing service development relating to the administration functions, and team management. Proactively working with senior management in service development, I have developed excellent skills knowledge and experience in, leadership, management and service development. Responsible for managing administration teams and developing administration functions, leading service redesign/improvement and change. I have vast knowledge of systems including ERS (formally Choose and book), RIO and EMIS.
