- Booking/GM/revenue/collection analysis for global market (China/JAPAN/APAC/EMEA/NA/CALA/INDIA etc) per week/quarter/year;- Manage/track/excute contract/GM approval process, make sure all processes meet the requirements of SOX401;- Work together with relevant departments to finish revenue recognition and collection;- Global Sales Data Analysis and support to kinds of sales reports.- As consultant for regional sales and communicate with Sales and Finance regarding international orders, contracts/agreements/settlements etc.- Track and review key deals/projects for all regions, focus on updates on projects, PO, booking process, margin calculations, shipment arrangements, Billings, collection, till revenue recognized, monitor sales targets accomplishment and attainments.- Work with all Regional VP to summary quarterly booking/GM/revenue/collection data; quarterly and yearly sales forecast and yearly budget/OPEX preparation;- Prepare relevant documents, work with internal audit and external audit to meet their requirements.- Global Sales data preparation for quarterly sales meeting or management meeting or Board meeting.- Order Management for Japan/Korea; from booking, shipment, FAC, revenue recognition, billing to collection.- Be responsible of sales operation related process and work instruction, maintain key terms to match the requirements of current business and internal/external audit;- Be familiar with Oracle, Office, ERP and CRM system.

-Be responsible for managing orders from APAC,NA and CALA & China system product;-Communicate with Sales,Financial and Production etc departments, ensure the smooth process for booking orders;-Verify orders against contracts and other supporting documents, ensure the content validity and consistency;-Keep good relationship with customers.

- In charge of managing F.F., including bidding, contract preparation, business review criteria, conducting QBR, keep good relationship with F.F. company;- Keep good relationship with overseas regional officer & financial people, submit concerned reports;- Provide custermize report to key customers, ensure shipment tracking and tracing;- Maintain transportation concerned data;- Be responsible of shipment tracking and tracing;- In charge of concerned projects, and ensure its normal running;- Provide shipping mode optimization suggestion.

杭州

- Be responsible for making documents of export trade, including applying for CO etc;- Keep good relationship with forwarders, ask for refunding customs documents in time;- Be responsible for managing export insurance;- Be responsible for the collection verification and writing-off of export proceeds, keep good relationship with the state administration of foreign exchange control;- Co-operate with brokers and forwards, so as to ensure the smooth improvement of export trade and tax refund;- Provide kinds of export reports.
