This is a scholarship fund for non-traditional women at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. They must be 25 years old to apply and if accepted they are assigned a mentor. I coordinate all of the mentors for this program; interviewing, accepting, training. This scholarship fund has over a 95% graduation rate.

CU Advocates is an advocacy program created to build a network of informed and engaged volunteers who care about the University of Colorado system and are prepared to promote its educational, research and economic contributions to Colorado and beyond. CU Advocates also helps to raise awareness about issues affecting higher education.

Theatreworks is a professional equity theatre serving the Pikes Peak Region and producing seven plays per year with both equity actors and local talent. As board member assist in fundraising, selecting plays, and promoting the theater throughout the region.

Promotes the Butte Theater, a classical melodrama theater, with six months of Professional Theater Performance. Head of the Marketing Committee. Head of the Trustee and Ambassador Programs.

This social enterprise does electronic recycling using disabled people, particularly autistics who have shown an aptitude for dismantling electronics. They have a triple bottom line of economic, environmental and social. The disabled employees are from Manager to disassembly line and all paid minimum wage or above and are tax payers themselves. The company is 85+% self sustaining and uses grants only for expansion.
