I was the Co-founder of Money and Life Freedom, LLC. “The Money and Life Freedom Weekend Experience” is a 3 day intensive workshop that we delivered in the U.S and Norway over a 4 year period. The objective of the course is for participants to explore beliefs and behaviors around money, raise their awareness of automatic thinking, and develop more empowering thoughts and behaviors as desired. The highly interactive workshop is based in knowledge of adult learning and training methodologies, as well as the latest discoveries in brain science. We utilized experiential learning, where participants engaged in hands on activities, and we measured tangible results. We provided active coaching and actionable feedback based on the results. Learning in this way is highly individualized for each participant. There are no “one-size fits all” answers or strategies. Experiential learning goes beyond an intellectual understanding of concepts, and allows for permanent transformation for the individual. Beyond the weekend workshop, we provided ongoing learning and support through virtual programs. We utilized GoToMeeting and Zoom to deliver live group webinars, supported by Powerpoint presentations, and live question and answer sessions. Because of our virtual presence, we had course participants from around the world, and had an opportunity to bring the weekend workshop to Norway.
