During my Industrial Training at Sarawak Energy Berhad in the Human Resources Department, I played a pivotal role in managing learning and development processes. I meticulously transferred and documented learning history data into SEPS-LMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Sarawak Energy protocols. This included recording 3,116 and 1,607 learning hours respectively in the of my internship.I also compiled attendance lists and supported administrative tasks for Technical Learning, gaining valuable experience in coordinating Competency and Authorization Certification Interview processes. Additionally, I assisted in converting module content and facilitated L&D exam invigilation, honing my organizational and communication skills.Moreover, I contributed to Sarawak Energy social learning initiatives by creating educational materials and enhancing accessibility through QR code technology. These experiences deepened my understanding of HR operations and underscored Sarawak Energy commitment to continuous employee development and sustainability education.
