Continued my time as a Operations Assistant after my internship where I became more deeply involved with the onsite operations of Food Hotel Asia (FHA). As the event days approached, my responsibilities intensified, providing me with invaluable hands-on experience in managing the complexities of a large-scale trade show. In the weeks leading up to the event, I played a crucial role in coordinating logistics, which included finalizing vendor contracts, managing booth layouts, and ensuring that all necessary materials were prepared for exhibitors and attendees.

As an Operations Intern at Informa Markets Singapore, I had the exciting opportunity to be involved in the planning and execution of Food Hotel Asia (FHA), one of the leading trade shows for the food and hospitality industry in Asia. My experience was multifaceted and provided valuable insights into event operations and management. My job scope involved meetings with external partners, including venue management and service providers, to ensure all logistical aspects were addressed as well as participating in the setup and teardown of the exhibition halls, ensuring that all aspects of the event ran smoothly.

Gained numerous skillsets and experience after spending years in this company. Customer service was the most important skillset needed in a Japanese restaurant.
