This is my faith and persistence. Having graduated from my graduated school, I have worked more than 20 years already and have abundant experiences in sales territory. My first job was a sales representative in a small trading company, offering capacitors. Afterwards, since I wished to work in a company with more complete system, I transferred to a public offered company, which manufacturing electronic components. Since then, I have been focusing on my jobs and challenges till now. In my second job, I have accumulated seasoned experience in international sales territory. I had ever taken care of the customer accounts in different areas including Asia, Europe, and America. From many years of experience, I have brought many sales revenues to my company, such as designing the products into the Tier 2 automotive customers, which created nearly NTD 10 million sales a year, and successfully acquired the TS 16949 certification. Many years ago, I even ever stayed in Dongguan China as a sales supervisor to lead 5 to 6 local sales for around 2 years. Except for leading and assisting the local sales, the experience also advanced my ability in taking care of any emergent cases independently. After so many challenges, I was promoted as a sales assistant manager taking care of 8-10 people now, which is also a positive acknowledgement from my current company. Till now, I have ever taken care of various tasks including new customer approaching, pricing, customer complain management, customer factory audit planning and execution, trade show origination, sales education, annual sales forecast and budget planning and so on.棺には老人ではなく死が横たわっています。歩き続ける！前進をやめると後退します。適者の生存と不適者の排除。学び続けます！立ち止まったり躊躇したりすることはありません。 これは本人信念とこだわりです。今迄、本人は20年以上も続けて働いています。大学院卒業後、コンデンサーを製造する電子会社に入って、そして実際の貿易業務における基本的な経験を学びました。約1年後、より規模がある会社で働くことができることを望んだゆえに、現在の株式会社に転勤しました。 現在の職場では、本人はアジア、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ営業代表として経験した事がありました。そのほか、豊かな経験によりTier 2 の自動車の取引先に新規を採用して戴いた事で会社に年に約NTD 一千万を貢献し、成功にTS16949の認証を取りました。そして約二年間の間、東莞工場への長期赴任、海外のビジネス等、さまざまな経験を積んできました。中国の工場に勤める期間、約5〜6名の部下を管理し、いろんな緊急事態に対して迅速に対応する訓練を受け、優れる管理能力を身に付けました。激しい会社と事業の変動に対し、本人はいつも積極的に努力して、数年に渡って、現在は営業のアシスタントマネージャーを担任し、約8-10人の営業員を管理しております。仕事の内容は国内外のビジネスメンテナンス、新規顧客の開拓、見積書の審査、顧客クレームの管理、顧客工場監査の計画と実行、国内外展示会の展開、人員教育の計画及び実行、営業目標と予算等、様々な経験を得て長年に渡り、優れる管理経験と能力を培いました。
