The Criminal Investigation Department is the premier investigation and staff authority under the Singapore Police Force. As a Senior Investigation Offficer, I investigate into specific crime types and explore methods in preventing, detecting and deterring the commission of such crime types. -Investigates into offences relating to trafficking in persons, vice syndicates, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and gambling-Conducts islandwide gound operations-Organises forums/conferences and training at both local and intenational level to enhance the investigation and enforcement capabilities of Singapore and regional law enforcement officers. e.g. HSI – SPF Crimes Against Children Regional Forum 2023 which was publicised on media on 11 July 2023 and AI for Safer Children by United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI)-Represented branch for media appearance relating to CSAM i.e. launch of Cyber Guardian Lab on 28 June 2023 to aid in CSAM investigations as well as to support mental wellness

The Emergency Response Team comprises officers who are handpicked, based on their fitness and marksmanship skills, to serve as the first wave of responders to safety and security - related incidents.As a team leader, I led a team of tactically trained officers to respond to incidents threatening public safety and security. I also worked with various stakeholders to explore ways to improve communication, safety and security in their premises, in order to enhance incident response time to protect life and property. - Trained in counter assault skills, equipped to deal with armed threats- Trained in negotiation skills to de-escalate high tension situations- Spearheaded and formulated a fitness training regime for the division to enhance operational fitness and capabilities

Jurong Division was the largest land division at that time, covering areas including Jurong, Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands.As an investigation officer, I conducted investigations into general crimes including property offences, crimes against persons and property, death and missing persons. - Coordinated island wide operations to apprehend suspects

SLA maintains the Land Titles Register, where registration is mandatory to effect the transfer of an estate or interest in land is under the Land Titles Act. As a principle registration executive, my role was to:- Process and register legal documents for all land transactions involving private, public, commercial and industrial properties as well as ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Land Register System- Deal with members of the public as well as solicitors involved in the conveyancing process- Deal with other ministries and agencies eg. CPF Board, URA, LTA, JTC and HDB on land registration matters e.g. alienation of state land, lost Certificate of Titles and Leases.
