I manage a portfolio of projects specialising in organisation change & development, governance employability,inclusion,assessment, external evaluation and educational improvement. I have considerable experience in schools & charity governance, facilitating away days, project planning, project management and external evaluation. I use a range of participative facilitation skills to enable individuals and their organisations to own the changes.
