A highly effective, commercially focused and approachable operations & business support manager with 15+ years experience of managing a wide range of operational and support activities in various functions in the Banking and Financial Services Sector. At a high level this includes cost management, people management & development, senior leader support, workload planning, project management & process design and production of written reports, MI analysis and insight. Prior to operational management roles, 5+ years experience of training course & training material design and training delivery.After 23 years working for Lloyds Banking Group took the offer of VR in September 2016 and used the opportunity to relocate from Yorkshire to the Wirral. Worked temporarily for Marks & Spencer in a Simply Food store over the Christmas 2016 period, before moving to the Wirral in January 2017. Having taken a short break from work and now settled family into new schools and new home, now looking for a role to utilise and develop existing skills. Ideally this would be a new challenge outside the Financial Services sector - eg higher or further education.
