I offer one-of-a-kind surf lessons embodying the feeling of "Crispy". Crispy is the feeling of full bliss and gratitude to be alive! Surfing is an art that connects you to the ocean and enhances your sense of presence so you can be free; free to be a child, free to enjoy this life and world we are living in! I use the ocean to get people Crispy, but you can get crispy anywhere.

I am so passionate about surfing. I’ve been surfing for about 10 years now and the world of surfing has changed dramatically. Did you know that 2.2 million new surfers entered the water during Covid? That’s 6000 a day and it keeps going. Almost all surf breaks are packed with people. With this chaos in the lineups, surfers are more likely to be injured and hit by other surfers. I personally have had a severe laceration in my forehead from being hit by a fiberglass longboard in crowded and big wave conditions. Surfers need a way to protect themselves from other surfers and I’m here too invent the necessary product or service that will bring surfing back to its therapeutic nature. I am in the ZIP Launchpad Entrepreneur program at SDSU working on this problem diligently.

I built my own private surf lesson company. I started out small in June and initially grew it through word of mouth, flyers, recommendations and instagram. Since then, it has grown to a point where customers are acquired through Air BnB experience, and has gotten popular enough to need additional employees. In eight weeks we've taught over 120 individuals from around the world. It has expanded to provide surf rental services as well. Building this business has grown my passion for entrepreneurship massively and has made me more eager than ever to build my own startup for the surfing industry.

Interacting with many people, memorizing orders and commands, constant communication with coworkers, making sure my work environment is positive and fun.

Instructed clients ages 4-17 on basic principles of surfing. Job responsibilities included ensuring safety of clients in high-risk environment, creating positive vibes and excitement in the kids, and maintaining relationships before and after lessons.

Instructed clients of all ages (2-82yrs) on basic principles and skills of snowboarding and skiing on state of the art simulators in a controlled indoor environment. Job responsibilities included filing, updating the database, putting smiles on clients faces, instilling the proper skills before clients go to the mountain, cleaning, and organizing.
