Used computer extensively for calendar management, generating meeting material, proposal quotes, estimates, drawings/sketches, etc. as well as job rackups (pricing) for the various Project Managers. Also, initiated detailed company correspondence to prospective clients. Other duties include, but are not limited to, tracking sales proposals submitted to prospective clients through completion, compile and generate weekly/monthly reports with graphs using the company’s database, generating monthly expense reports, updating the database with the pertinent sales information, identifying / developing / scheduling / coordinating solutions for meetings and key events, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering supplies, answer phones, organizing the files and keeping track of incoming jobs, and provide other duties as assigned.
