• 6 years of IT & Communication experience with focus on Sitecore Admin, Windows Server. • Have worked extensively in Website Administration, Window Azure Cloud, Configuration and Publication which uses IIS, MS SQL Server, Sitecore CMS and Octopus Deploy Tool• Configuring web server (IIS) in both production and non-production environment.• Creation of new Web applications, Application pools in IIS and its mappings.• Configuring Solr for the website• Configuring VM’s and load balancer as per business need in Azure cloud for Non production environments.• SSL configuring for all new brands and Procurement process.• Backup and restore of Database.• Creation of new databases• IIS bindings and SSL mappings in both production and non-production.• Procurements of new domains and creation of zone through 3rd party vendors.• Service/Change management and Incident/problem management.• Access management and User management.• Log defects in TFS tool and work with developers to get it fixed.• Update contents in website through Sitecore application as per client’s requirements.• Create new websites as per client’s requirement and deliver the site on time.• Perform Publishing and re-indexing and resolve issues related to it in master, web and prod/pub data bases.• Fix application level issues reported by external/internal team(s) through ticket system with in defined SLA.• Prepare reports on various technical parameters on the behaviour of the live sites and report it to governance team for further action.• Deploying patches/fixes either through Octopus tool or by manual deployment.• Responsible for Build/Create and installing the code/Config (.update) and content (.zip) packages
