- Gather invoices and vouchers to the income and expenditure records, tracking goods, inventory, do financial statements, tax reports monthly, quarterly payment to the tax authority.- Collect invoices from the input, output billing- Track attendance, implementing labor regulations managing day, hour labor of staff and sabbatical, tabulated staff salary payments.- Management, monitoring payment of expenses (payment of utility bills, purchase something)- Implementation of the transaction with the bank.- Manage dispatch company legal papers and the Company Stationery- Draft and manage economic contracts

- Finding and approaching candidate for executive or specialist jobs- Strong experience for pre-screening and selection resumes- Organizing Recruitment events (job fair, seminar…)- Approaching universities for recruiting new graduates- Advertising, attracting candidates from both internal & external- Searching candidates CVs from recruitment websites/social websites, ...- Contact/follow up candidates and update candidates’ status on Recruitment tool- Contact candidates & interviewers for interview arrangement- Preparing interview forms and related test materials- Propose effective recruiting solutions- Make KPI and recruitment plan every month- Making reports to CEO about any issues in recruitment activities.- Other relevant tasks assigned by Director.
