I am an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator having worked in the Drug & Alcohol Treatment sector for 17 years, prior to this I was a legal secretary at a Solicitors firm for 8 years. My current role as People Officer for With You involves the onboarding of new starters ensuring candidates are kept up to date at all stages, working on audits of our HR system, processing payroll changes, working on the People Team Helpdesk and coordinating and contributing to job evaluations. I am hardworking and committed to my work and have attention to detail. I like to be busy and am experienced in prioritising my work whilst keeping up high standards. I have 8 GCSE’s grades A-C, 2 A levels at Grades C & D and various administration qualifications including, typewriting, word processing , audio transcription, LCCI Second Level Secretarial Studies Certificate and LCCI Private Secretary’s Diploma.
