Achievements• Developed global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Strategy using DE&I survey, census and ER data as well as qualitative data from focus groups, working with each hotel to translate this into regional strategies supported with actions plans with defined goals and timelines to drive change.• Analysed sickness, EAP usage and health insurance claim data for development of proactive wellbeing strategy developed in partnership with our We Care Committee and with a DE&I lens to consider the unique needs of diverse employees. • Facilitated Dorchester Collection UK’s first focus group for Black employees for the development and launch of our first race equity action plan.• Facilitated Dorchester Collection UK’s first focus group for working carers for the development and launch of our gender equity action plan. • Developed and launched mandatory, global Inclusive Leadership training aligned to Inclusive Leadership competencies I’m currently embedding as part of Dorchester Collection’s global progression framework. • Developed and launched mandatory, global Inclusive Recruitment training • Signed up to the Disability Confident Scheme, developing and launching the UK Reasonable Adjustments Policy and Disability Passport in line with our disability action plan. Also refined Absence and Performance Management policies to fairly consider employees who have or may need reasonable adjustments. • Refined the UK Menopause Policy in line with our gender equity action plan and EHRC Guidelines, launching Menopause eLearning for UK people leaders. • Launched the global ESG scorecard, setting DE&I targets for each hotel aligned to our disability and neurodiversity action plan. • Dorchester Collection was recognised as a Top 100 LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Employer during my tenure and won the Gold award in 2024 following a submission to Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index.

Recruited by this global, luxury hotel company to develop and lead the organisation’s global diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy and UK wellbeing strategy aligned to their We Care culture, embedding employee wellbeing into DE&I initiatives designed to nurture an empathetic and compassionate workplace culture. Achievements• Relaunched and currently lead the intersectional DE&I network (We Care Committee) in corporate office and reenergised the We Care committees in all hotels aligned to global Belong @ DC Programme.• Launched the global Belong @ DC programme within my first three months of employment, an initiative led by P&C teams and We Care Committees consisting of quarterly campaigns.
