My team and I developed and operated applications supporting sales, customer and supplier management, contract management, procure to pay eCommerce, spend and allowance tracking, price audit, financial management, and business intelligence and analytics. Technologies included .NET, SQL, Sharepoint, JAVA, Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, and Netezza. The application suite is made up of custom developed, proprietary solutions and several SaaS solutions including Ariba and Rizepoint. The infrastructure spans private cloud and infrastructure as a service. Also managed several operational areas and large cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Managed a technical consulting organization that supported large corporate clients in building Object Oriented, web based applications on the Microsoft platform using the Rational Unified Process as a methodology. Full profit and loss responsibilities.

Managed development efforts for Bell Atlantic’s new ordering and billing system (ExpressTrack) as well as it's hi-capacity provisioning processes. Served as Program Manager for Bell Atlantic's long distance related technology initiatives. Managed up to 200 FTEs.
