I am retired after some 38 years in Real Estate, Lending and Commercial and Residential Real Estate Escrow both in the North San Francisco Bay Area, as well as the Sacramento and foothills area of the Sierra Nevada. This broad range of experience provided me with many insights into the industry which I enjoyed very much. Most of all I miss contacts with clients and the challenges that each Escrow provided.IMPORTANT: In the interest of not misleading folks here on Linkedin, please do keep in mind that if you wish to provide an endorsement of my abilities, I retired in 2007, therefore am no longer 'up-to-date' with all latest rules or laws which apply to various aspects of the job I enjoyed for so long ~ I appreciate that!
