I contributed to the growth and profitability of Titan, a private drilling company, by managing 5 rigs purchased from Hertz Drilling. During my tenure we built 2 additional rigs and we purchased another 7 rigs. Hired by White Pass, founded by a principal of Solex, a private oil and gas service company financier, my position was to oversee their investment in a drilling services company, as the drilling division controller with approximately $6 million in revenues. During my tenure I implemented a financial reporting system, a cost control system on the construction and secured financing of two coil tubing units and one 3000M super single. Four of the five oil and gas service divisions were capitalized in 2002 and North West Capital was subsequently formed. As well, I set up a financial reporting system for a small 120boe/day oil and gas company which included both operated and non operated properties. -Monthly financial reporting to shareholders. -Revenue sensitivity and comparison of service work, turnkey projects and daywork.-Setting the floor price for marketing, bid analysis and actual to bid.-Banking facility - operating line, working capital requirements, term debt, debt covenant compliance, letters of credit and managing cash investments.-Budgeting - income statement, cash flow statements, balance sheet, full year sensitivity analysis and proforma statements for new rigs.

My responsibilities:-Prepared cost of service and profit share invoices, recorded and reconciled gas purchase and sales, NGL production.-Maintenance and reconciliation of several inter-company accounts including partnership distributions and cash calls-Treasury management for 17 companies, bank reconciliation, investing cash, managing a US and Canadian dollar borrowing facility in the form of BA’s and LIBOR.-Capital accounting for a $26 million plant expansion, and a $20 million reconstruction including AFE variance reports.-Human resources duties included - payroll for 26 union employees, benefit administrator, pension plan and actuarial experience.
