• Prepare & review of the following monthly reports on QuickBooks Accounting software: Invoices issued. Outstanding invoices. Overdue debts. Project status. Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Financial Statements• Overseeing and employing necessary tools to meet sectional activities and tasks. • Liaising with project managers on projects financial matters.• Liaising with internal and external auditors on audit matters.• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by Finance Controller.

Prepare and ensure approval of clients invoices.Entering of transactions into accounting system.Establish, maintain and reconcile the third party account.Capturing invoices in the system.Maintain and update ageing analysis.Proactively identify, flag out and correct any discrepancy in the general ledger.Accepting and vetting of suppliers invoices for accuracy.Transfer overhead costs on project staff through timesheets out of operating expenses to relevant project cost codes (Quarterly).Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by management.
