Responsible for implementing, delivering, monitoring and reporting community development activity for projects with a focus on social value. Deliver communications, employment and skills activities to various audiences to ensure client priorities are met. My role required engagement with nurseries, schools, colleges and universities, having worked with hundreds of young people from different age groups and backgrounds including assisted learning groups, as well as working with community groups, social enterprise organisations and various charity organisations. Social Value Coordinator

Responsible for delivering community benefits for the Tayside region. Providing relevant training, guidance and monitoring in relation to community benefits, Considerate Constructors Scheme and quality to site based staff. My role also included managing a team of document controllers to ensure that all relevant personnel had up-to-date and accurate information during pre-construction and construction on multiple projects. Undertook internal QHSE audits on sites/offices and implemented and monitored community activity and engagement.Key duties included: delivering community benefits for frameworks, ensuring KPIs are achieved on all projects, organising and delivering activities, events and presentations to raise awareness of the industry, organising and chairing meetings with stakeholders, working with Dundee and Angus Shared Apprentice programme, liaising with Dundee and Angus schools, colleges, universities, employability groups, working with community group and local residents, organising sponsorship and charity events, dealing with feedback, compliments and complaints, organising work experience from schools, colleges and employability groups, hosting open days and site visits for schools, colleges, employability groups and local residents, Considerate Constructors Scheme champion for the Tayside region.
