at ISA I managed all areas of accounting for multiple companies at a time, oversaw accounting staff, annual audits, filing of tax returns, and assisted staff with budgets and forecasts. ISA called me back as a contractor to help them through a tough time when their CFO resigned. I managed their year-end closing and handled their audit which covered two fiscal years for the first time.Every company I have worked for involved managing all aspects of payroll. At ISA I helped Human Resources with staff and legal needs. I also managed the accounting department's IT issues as well as served on teams to select and convert the accounting portion of each major computer program.I enjoy all areas of accounting and being of help with any company financial needs. There are constant changes happening in accounting which can affect a company's decisions and processes. I stay current on accounting changes which affect a company's accounting rules, my position and future accounting. I like to get to know other accounting professionals with similar experience and needs, who are willing to support and grow with each other.I am voluntarilly serving as treasurer for my current HOA. This is the third housing development where I have lived and was elected to serve this position to apply my accounting knowledge.
