Total People is one of the largest providers of apprenticeships and work-based learning in the North West of England.We are part of the LTE Group, one of the largest social enterprises in the UK, with all our profit re-invested for the benefit of those we work with.I am part of the Business Development Team here at Total People Ltd, working with large and Levy paying employers to help them navigate the complex new apprenticeship landscape and maximise their Levy pot.My background is in Learning and Development, Performance Assessment, and supporting individuals in developing coaching, mentoring, teaching and instruction skills.I am currently working with a number of large employers to make best use of their Levy 'pot', and to make sure the whole project runs smoothly, I am the single point of contact, for all your qualifications and training offers. I work hard to embed your culture and values, and make sure that your business needs and requirements are met, barriers removed and outcomes achieved.My role is always evolving, with new challenges and the need to develop new skills !
